Weekend Away

Every year (starting this year ;) A-Soc have an annual weekend away. This year's trip will be down to London to visit the Ethical Society. Plus while we're down there we will be visiting Speaker's Corner and taking in a few good nights out as well!

The cost of the trip will be £55 for members and £65 for non-members. Bare in mind that membership to the society is only £5 so you do the maths on that one ;). This will cover your transport to London and back and your accommodation. You just need to bring some cash for shopping, food and drink, etc.

The trip is open to everybody (though of course, members get a big discount) so sign up now! There are only a limited number of places given away on a first come first served basis and your place isn't confirmed until you have paid. Speak to any committee member to sign up.

Friday 23 November	Afternoon	We set off down to London on the train.
Saturday 24 November	Morning	Visit to the Ethical Society library.
Sunday 25 November	Morning	Speaker's Corner to listen to the religious debates.
	Afternoon	Lecture by the Ethical Society.
	Evening	Heading home.

Accommodation

We are staying in a rather fancy youth hostel. While it is a hostel so it's dorm sleeping it's one of the best ones with free continental buffet breakfasts, internet, wifi, 24/7 access via keyfobs, no curfews and is in a prime location just off Euston Road (so right in the centre of London!).
