Rationalist Week 2009 took place 19 April to 25 April. We maintained the tent open 24 hours a day throughout the week and staged over 40 different events creating the biggest and best Rationalist Week we have ever run.

Events
As with previous years we will have a marquee oposite the union which will be open for people to come look around, grab a drink and have a chat. There will be informational posters and leaflets in the tent as well as food and drink available and all the drinks are free too!
We have a packed timetable (See below) with events going on all day including talks at noon, 2pm and 7pm, campaigns and displays at 10am and fun stuff at 4pm and 9pm each day. Highlights of the week include Mike Lake from Derbyshiire Secularists & Humanists, our debates with the Christians and the Muslims and our famous all night debate.
Best of all the tent is open 24 hours a day during the week so any time you want to stop in for a drink and a chat you can!
