Chris will present a report on the society's progress.

Claire will present an overview of the society's financial situation.
3. Constitutional amendments
3.1 Extention of current committee
Depending on how many members the society has, it may we wise to add an Events Secretary and a Communications Secretary.
4. Election of committee
Voting on the comittee for the next year.
5. Any other business
Any other issues members wish to be discussed can be brought up here.
